Cost?
The cost of each session is $150.
Payments?
A debit / credit / HSA card is typically kept on file and run following each session. Payments can also be made with cash, or a check. Payments should be made as services are received.
License?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This means I have completed a master's degree, plus two years of supervised training, and passed a state licensing exam. My license also requires that I maintain 40 credit hours of continuing education every two years. I am also certified as a clinical supervisor.
Insurance?
I am out of network for all insurance companies. I encourage you to call your insurance company and determine your benefits. I can provide a superbill for you to file as needed.
In Person?
I can provide in person sessions or virtual telehealth sessions as desired by my clients.
Availability?
I am currently seeing folks on Tue and Wed afternoon and evening from 2 - 9pm. Each session lasts approximately 50 min and starts on the hour.
Forms?
You will receive an introductory email that has a link to some simple click sign documents, including an intake questionnaire. You must complete these documents prior to our first session.
